Terrence Shey
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Founder
Terrence Shey is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Faith in God Charity Missions (FIGCM). With a deep passion for transforming lives, Terrence has dedicated his leadership to empowering widows, orphans, and underserved communities in Cameroon, the United States, and beyond.
Under his vision, FIGCM has grown to include impactful programs in food security, livelihood empowerment, education support, and community development, reaching thousands of individuals each year. Terrence’s leadership is marked by transparency, integrity, and a commitment to demonstrating God’s love in action.
In addition to his role at FIGCM, Terrence brings professional expertise as a Manager of Technology Solutions at Prison Fellowship International, leveraging his background in law and technology to strengthen nonprofit governance and operations. His driving force is to see vulnerable lives transformed from despair to hope and equipped for a brighter future.

Eric Gray
Chief Operating Officer (COO) & Board Member
Eric Gray is a dedicated nonprofit leader with over 18 years of experience in community development, grant writing, and program management. His career has been defined by a commitment to serving vulnerable populations, advocating for systemic change, and implementing strategic initiatives that foster long-term impact.
Eric joined Faith in God Charity Missions in October 2024 as a Grant Writer, bringing a wealth of experience from his years working in the nonprofit sector. Recognizing his deep understanding of organizational operations, fundraising strategies, and community engagement, the CEO quickly appointed him as Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this role, Eric has been instrumental in streamlining operations, expanding funding opportunities, and strengthening the organization’s capacity to serve communities in need. Simultaneously, he took on an active role as a Board Member, contributing to the strategic direction and governance of the organization.
At Faith in God Charity Missions, Eric oversees program development, donor engagement, and operational management, ensuring that the organization effectively delivers on its mission. His leadership has been pivotal in enhancing food security initiatives, livelihood training programs, educational support services, and community empowerment efforts. Leveraging his background in grant writing, Eric has played a key role in securing critical funding that supports the organization's expansion both in Cameroon and the United States.
Before joining Faith in God Charity Missions, Eric spent over 18 years working on Skid Row in Los Angeles, focusing on homeless services, recidivism reduction, and housing support. As a Housing Specialist and Operations Manager for Project 180, he worked directly with individuals facing homelessness, helping them transition into stable housing and access essential resources. His work extended to the Lived Experience Advisory Board (LEAB) for the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA), where he advocated for policies that address housing insecurity and support vulnerable populations.
Beyond his work in nonprofit leadership, Eric is an experienced financial coach and a passionate advocate for community-driven solutions. His expertise in trauma-informed care, housing retention strategies, and accessibility for individuals with disabilities informs his approach to creating sustainable programs at Faith in God Charity Missions.
Through his role as COO, Eric continues to drive the organization forward, ensuring that Faith in God Charity Missions remains a pillar of hope, empowerment, and transformation for the communities it serves.

Nuella Mabi
Chief of Staff/Board Member
Nuella Mabi serves as the Chief of Staff at Faith in God Charity Missions, bringing with her a strong background in technology leadership and organizational strategy. Professionally, Nuella is a Network Deployment Team Lead at Amazon, where she oversees complex infrastructure projects and drives innovation in global connectivity.
Her expertise in project management, systems deployment, and team coordination adds tremendous value to FIGCM’s mission. Nuella is passionate about leveraging her professional experience to empower vulnerable communities, ensuring that the organization’s programs are run with efficiency, impact, and long-term sustainability.
As Chief of Staff, she plays a pivotal role in supporting executive leadership, streamlining communication across teams, and ensuring strategic alignment with the organization’s vision of demonstrating God’s love in action. Nuella’s blend of corporate experience and commitment to community service helps strengthen FIGCM’s foundation as it expands both in Cameroon and the United States.

Alisca Ghang
Board Treasurer | Sergeant
Alisca Ghang serves as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors of Faith in God Charity Missions, where she oversees financial stewardship and ensures transparency in the organization’s fiscal management. In her dual role as both a community leader and a Sergeant, Alisca brings discipline, integrity, and accountability to her responsibilities.
As Treasurer, she manages budget oversight, financial planning, and reporting, ensuring that donor contributions are directed effectively toward supporting widows, orphans, and underserved communities. Her background in service and leadership equips her with the organizational skills necessary to safeguard resources and build trust with stakeholders.
Alisca is deeply passionate about empowering vulnerable populations and is committed to ensuring that Faith in God Charity Missions operates with excellence, sustainability, and impact.

Valentine Njoh
Secretary, Faith in God Charity Missions
I serve as Secretary at Faith in God Charity Missions (FIGCM), where I bring my background in IT Security and Governance, Risk & Compliance to help strengthen the organization’s structure and mission. My experience in building secure, well-governed systems has taught me the importance of accountability, transparency, and sustainability — values I also carry into my work with FIGCM.
I am passionate about empowering women, supporting education, and improving food security for widows, orphans, and underserved families. My role on the board allows me to ensure our programs are not only impactful but also sustainable, creating real opportunities for long-term change.
Beyond my professional expertise, I am committed to giving back to the community and walking in faith. It’s an honor to use my skills and passion to support FIGCM’s vision of transforming lives with hope and practical solutions.
